1. The tubing
that is used as the bats on the CFC reel has a wall thickness that is 1/8"
thick. HCC uses tubing that is almost 1/2 as thick. CFC's "See Thru" reel
is much stronger.
2. The tubing
that CFC uses where the bearings have the tubing turning inside of them
has a wall thickness of 3/16". HCC uses the same tubing turning inside the
bearing as they do in item #1 above. CFC has yet to have their tubing
where out where the bearing surface meets the tubing. If you own an HCC
reel, this is probably the reason you are looking at this web page.
3. CFC uses
the patented "Gentle Finger" design meaning that the finger is tougher and
will last longer (unless you cut it off in the cutterbar). They will not
break.
