Our Mega Wing Sweep History
We began 4 years ago by designing and testing the wear of our newly designed sweep in a bolt-on design. The results of our testing were good so we proceeded to produce and sell them. Then in the fall of 2004, we ran some field tests with a noc-on version designed to fit the Nichols Quick Change brackets. To say the least the results were excellent. As you can see in the pictures below, we have a superior sweep. The primary difference in the sweeps is that our Mega Wing Sweep is made of Boron steel, unlike the Nichols Ultrawing which is made of high carbon steel. Boron steel will always wear longer.
